To claim refund, you may initiate it by dropping an email with the invoice details to [email protected].
Refund shall be initiated after careful consideration.
The approval or rejection of your refund request shall be notified within 3 days of the request.
Refund shall be initiated within 7 days of the request.
Refund in the following situations | REFUND |
Cancellations initiated by the Client within 15 days of online payment, but before providing any documents for filing / execution. | 100% of the payment done excluding the payment gateway charges already deducted by the payment gateway service provider. |
Cancellations initiated by the Client after 15 days but within 60 days of online payment and in case no satisfactory service is provided from our end. | Refund after deducting Payment Gateway Charges, Government fees and reimbursements, if any already incurred on behalf of the Client and the number of man hours already spent on the service by the StructuredBiiz Team. In this situation, the maximum refund, shall be limited to the amount paid as the Service Fee paid towards the services to StructuredBiiz excluding GST. In case no man hours are spent and no work is initiated, the charges in regard to man hours would not be deducted. |
Cancellations initiated by the Client after 60 days of online payment. | No Refunds |
If you wish to avail any other service in place of service already booked online, you can write to [email protected]. The Client may change the services only once after the online payment and the same needs to be done within 60 days of online payment.
If you don’t receive a refund in 8 Days from the date of request, check your bank account, then contact your Credit Card Company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
